  1.                     MACADAMIA NUT CHEESECAKE

  4. 9-inch prepared chocolate pie crust
  5. 11 oz. cream cheese
  6. 3/4 c. sugar
  7. 1 t. vanilla
  8. dash salt
  9. 3 eggs
  10. 1/2 c. chopped macadamia nuts
  11.  
  12.           Blend cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and salt.  Add eggs
  13. one at a time.  Sprinkle nuts over pie crust.  Pour filling on
  14. top.  Set on baking sheet.  Bake at 325 degrees for 35 to 40
  15. minutes.
